1. はじめに
HIKYAKU（以下「本アプリ」）は、ケトジェニック・断食のライフログアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリがどのような情報を取得し、どのように利用・保護するかを説明します。本アプリはユーザーのプライバシーを最大限に尊重して設計されており、ユーザーアカウントの作成を一切必要とせず、ほぼすべてのデータはお使いの端末上にのみ保存されます。
2. 収集するデータ

3. データの利用目的
- 位置情報: 日の出・日の入り時刻を計算し、不定時法の十二刻を算出するためだけに使用します。サーバーへの送信は行いません。
- HealthKitデータ: 睡眠スコア・運動分析・日次/週次レポートの生成に使用します。
- 食事写真: AIによる糖質・脂質・タンパク質の推定、ケトジェニック適合度の分析に使用します。
- 血液検査データ: AIによる精密栄養学レポートの生成に使用します。
- 食事・断食ログ: 日次スコアの計算、東海道チャレンジの進捗管理、各種レポートの生成に使用します。
4. AI解析とデータ送信
本アプリの一部機能（食事写真解析、血液検査レポート、週次レポート、ブートキャンプAIコーチング等）では、データをAI解析のために外部に送信します。
- 送信先: Cloudflare Worker（中継サーバー）を経由して、Anthropic社のClaude APIに送信されます。
- 送信されるデータ: 食事写真（圧縮JPEG）、血液検査の数値、スコア集計値、HealthKitの集計値。氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人識別情報は送信されません。
- Anthropic社のデータ取り扱い: Anthropic社はAPIを通じて送信されたデータをモデルの学習に使用しません。詳細はAnthopic社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
- Cloudflare Worker: データは中継のみを行い、サーバー上に永続的に保存されません。
5. HealthKitデータの取り扱い
本アプリはApple HealthKitから以下のデータを読み取り専用で取得します。HealthKitへのデータ書き込みは行いません。
- 睡眠分析（睡眠時間・就寝/起床時刻）
- ワークアウト（種類・時間・消費カロリー）
- 歩数
- エクササイズ時間
- 安静時心拍数・HRV・VO2Max
これらのデータは端末上でスコア計算に使用され、AIレポート生成時にのみ集計値が外部送信されます。HealthKitデータを広告、マーケティング、データブローカーへの販売に使用することはありません。
6. データの保存と管理
- すべてのユーザーデータは原則としてお使いの端末上にのみ保存されます（SwiftData / AppStorage）。
- 本アプリは独自のサーバーにユーザーデータを保存しません。
- iCloudバックアップが有効な場合、端末のバックアップに含まれる可能性があります。
- アプリを削除すると、端末上のすべてのデータが削除されます。
7. 第三者サービス
- Anthropic (Claude API): AI解析に使用。送信データはモデル学習に使用されません。
- Apple: StoreKit（課金処理）、HealthKit（健康データ読取）、位置情報サービス。
- Cloudflare: API中継サーバーとして使用。データの永続保存なし。
- Google Analytics: ランディングページの閲覧分析に使用。アプリ内では使用しません。
- Meta Pixel: ランディングページの広告効果測定に使用。アプリ内では使用しません。
- iHerb: サプリメントガイドからの外部リンク。アフィリエイトリンクを含みます。購入情報はiHerbが管理します。
8. Cookie とトラッキング
本アプリ自体はCookieを使用しません。ランディングページ（Webサイト）では、Google AnalyticsおよびMeta Pixelが分析目的でCookieを使用する場合があります。
9. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
10. データの削除
すべてのデータは端末上に保存されているため、アプリを削除するだけですべてのデータが完全に削除されます。特別な削除リクエストは必要ありません。
11. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはランディングページで通知します。

The App is designed with maximum respect for user privacy: no user account is required, and nearly all data is stored exclusively on your device.

3. How We Use Your Data
- Location: Used solely to calculate sunrise and sunset times for the variable-hour (koku) clock. Never transmitted to any server.
- HealthKit data: Used for sleep scoring, exercise analysis, and generating daily/weekly reports.
- Meal photographs: Used for AI-based estimation of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, and ketogenic compatibility scoring.
- Blood test data: Used for AI-generated precision nutrition reports.
- Meal and fasting logs: Used for daily score calculation, Tokaido challenge progress, and report generation.
4. AI Analysis and Data Transmission
Certain features (meal photo analysis, blood test reports, weekly reports, bootcamp AI coaching, etc.) transmit data externally for AI processing.
- Destination: Data is sent via a Cloudflare Worker (relay server) to Anthropic's Claude API.
- What is sent: Compressed meal photos (JPEG), blood test values, aggregated scores, and summarized HealthKit data. No personally identifiable information (name, address, email) is transmitted.
- Anthropic's data handling: Anthropic does not use data submitted via API for model training. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
- Cloudflare Worker: Acts as a relay only. No data is persistently stored on the server.
5. HealthKit Data Handling
The App accesses the following HealthKit data in read-only mode. The App does not write data to HealthKit.
- Sleep analysis (duration, bedtime, wake time)
- Workouts (type, duration, calories)
- Step count
- Exercise time
- Resting heart rate, HRV, VO2Max
This data is used on-device for score calculations. Only aggregated values are transmitted externally when generating AI reports. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or sold to data brokers.
6. Data Storage
- All user data is stored exclusively on your device (SwiftData / AppStorage).
- The App does not maintain its own servers for storing user data.
- If iCloud Backup is enabled, data may be included in your device backup.
- Deleting the app removes all data from your device.
7. Third-Party Services
- Anthropic (Claude API): Used for AI analysis. Submitted data is not used for model training.
- Apple: StoreKit (payment processing), HealthKit (health data reading), Location Services.
- Cloudflare: API relay server. No persistent data storage.
- Google Analytics: Used on the landing page for usage analytics. Not used within the app.
- Meta Pixel: Used on the landing page for ad measurement. Not used within the app.
- iHerb: External links from the supplement guide. Includes affiliate links. Purchase data is managed by iHerb.
8. Cookies and Tracking
The App itself does not use cookies. The landing page (website) may use cookies via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for analytical purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Data Deletion
Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the app completely removes all data. No special deletion request is needed.
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or the landing page.
