&lt;p&gt;Both are correct, from a certain angle. But without knowing the cellular mechanism that holds both truths, it becomes impossible to know what to do today.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The molecule that sits between those two truths is called &lt;strong&gt;mTOR&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
